We start by learning your history and what your goals and expectations are.
From there we’ll complete an assessment which will vary depending on your issue and the sensitivity level.
Based on the diagnosis from the history and assessment, we’ll set clear, meaningful goals with you. This typically involves guiding you through structured, progressive rehabilitation and supporting long-term resilience/performance.
100% of your time will be spent with your therapist.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost.

There is a parking lot at the front of the building. If it’s full you can park in spaces 6/7 or on the street.

We direct bill most insurance providers.

Running Assessments are a physiotherapy session, so are covered under physiotherapy benefits.
Athletic Therapy coverage varies by individual plan.
We always encourage you to reach out to your provider and be aware of the customary charges and limits of your insurance plan.
