    One notable change: for those submitting insurance themselves, we will remain as “The Athlete Centre” for several more weeks to give those who are unaware of the change time to submit without confusion.

  • We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

    Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost.

  • There is a parking lot at the front of the building. If it’s full you can park in spaces 6/7 or on the street.

  • We direct bill most insurance providers.

  • Running Assessments are a physiotherapy session, so are covered under physiotherapy benefits.

    Athletic Therapy coverage varies by individual plan.

    We always encourage you to reach out to your provider and be aware of the customary charges and limits of your insurance plan.

  • We accept limited ICBC clients. Please contact us directly to inquire.

  • No, we do not have a WorkSafe BC contract.

  • No, we do not offer MSP rates.
