Julia Cole

I am passionate about helping people recover from injuries and improve their performance. My approach bridges clinical treatment and real-world activity, combining hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercise to support recovery, restore function, and enhance performance. My goal is for clients to leave each session feeling supported, capable, and confident in their ability to move and train safely.

How I Work

My sessions combine manual therapy with evidence-based exercise to address each client’s unique needs. I emphasize education, functional strength, and movement quality, helping clients understand their bodies, regain confidence, and move efficiently. Together, we problem-solve and create individualized plans to restore function, reduce pain, and support long-term performance and wellness goals.

Where you can find me outside of the clinic

  • Strength training, practicing yoga, running, and hiking

  • Spending as much time as possible at the family cabin on Cowichan Lake during the summer

  • Enjoying time with my family, including my son, two step-daughters, and our labradoodle
