Our Certified Athletic Therapists at Recharge work with active adults, recreational athletes, and people who simply want to feel stronger, move better, and stay active. We combine guided strength training, movement coaching, and clinical insight to help you build capacity, recover from injury, and feel more confident in your body.
Athletic Therapists are able to perform a detailed and individualized assessment to identify your strengths, and limitations to help you reach your goals. We emphasize your strengths, address your limitations and build your capacity through a combination of strength and mobility training as well as manual therapy to help you reach your optimal movement and performance potential.
