Rachelle Little

Athletic Therapist
CAT(C), BAET

Area of expertise:

  • Managing chronic hip and low back pain

  • Helping people learn to move well

  • Building safe and approachable strength training plans for people who have had injuries or pain with strength training in the past

  • Supporting individuals and teams across all age groups

I love helping people continue to do activity that brings them joy. I enjoy working with people who have movement and activity goals and strive to empower them to make change in themselves to help them achieve their goals.

How I Work

My approach is looking at a person as a whole and taking everything into consideration when building a plan. I focus on uncovering the root causes behind a problem and develop strategies that address those drivers, not just the symptoms they create.

Where you can find me outside of the clinic

  • Working with local and national sports teams such as the Reynolds Soccer Academy, UVic Softball team and Canada's Field Hockey Team

  • Playing fastball

  • Curling and watching curling

  • Lifting weights

  • Riding my bike to craft breweries
