Our Strength & Performance Testing sessions give you objective, measurable insight into how your body actually performs — not a guess, but real data. Using force plates, dynamometers, and more, our team assesses your strength, force production, and side-to-side differences so you know exactly where you stand and exactly what to work on next.

Whether you're an athlete chasing performance gains, someone recovering from injury, or simply someone who wants a clear baseline to use for training, our testing sessions turn your body's numbers into a plan you can actually use.

Strength & Performance Testing Services

We offer both Individual and Group testing sessions, led by our rehab team using the same clinical-grade tools.

Individual Testing Session: 60 minutes A one-on-one strength and performance testing session tailored to you. Ideal for athletes, active adults, or anyone returning from injury who wants a detailed, individualized look at their strength and movement.

Group Testing Session: 90 minutes A guided testing session for groups of 10–12, perfect for sports teams, training groups, or workplace wellness initiatives who want baseline data across the whole team.

What You'll Do

  • Test lower/upper body strength using dynamometers

  • Assess force production, absorption, and transfer with force plates

  • Identify significant left vs. right side differences in movement and strength

  • Use goniometers, slow-motion video and more for additional assessment as needed

For individual sessions, tests are chosen based on your specific needs and goals. For group sessions, each person will complete the same battery of tests.
